Job Information:
Pay: $7-8/hr
Location: West
Duration: 4-8 weeks
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6pm
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be providing administrative support on all talent attraction matters, including recruitment and selection, scholarship, internship and assist in the coordination of all recruitment/scholarship fairs. He/She will cover areas such as providing logistics support for all internal communication sessions and administrative support for all procurement issues. Those with knowledge in the Public Service’s procurement processes will have an advantage.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma, 'O' or 'A' Levels holder welcome
- Good communication skills, able to speak fluent English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
